Our Family Bike Ride went very well. We had a lovely sunny day and the event was well-attended; someone even cycled from Weston to join in! There were refreshments and a Lucky-Dip, and we also had a lot of interest from people passing through, who came over to see what we were doing  and to give their support by signing the petition. We are very grateful to The Almshouse Tea Shop for their kind support, and a special big Thank You goes to Sandy Parfitt, who put a lot of time and energy into organising, publicising and generally getting everything sorted out. We'd also like to thank all the other lovely people who helped - we are entirely reliant on volunteers who, between them, give hundreds of hours of their time throughout the year to get things done. Bravo all!
