Our Public Open Meeting was a great success! We had excellent input from MP Tessa Munt, councillor John Denbee, Sustrans' David Parkin and Judith Tranter of the Mendip Society. Tess Gill gave an excellent presentation of our history and aims, and the Silent Auction raised £300! Big thanks to all those who contributed offers and to all the lovely members of the public who so generously bid on them. This will enable us to improve our public profile, drum up even more public support and move further forward to getting our footpath and cycleway.
